You may be eligible for a visa based on the relationship if your partner lives in New Zealand or if you are applying for a visa jointly. For you to be eligible for a New Zealand spouse visa, you and your supportive partner must fulfill the following requirements:

Eligibility Requirements:

Your supporting partner is the individual you apply for a visa on behalf of if you are married to a citizen or visa holder of New Zealand. This type of visa promotes family support and reunion by enabling partners to live and work together in New Zealand.
